If you have at least a private pilot certificate, you are eligible to join AV-ED's Flight Club!

The Flight Club is intended to help members enhance flying skills, knowledge, confidence, safety, and flying pleasure through a professionally-managed program that uses our superbly-maintained aircraft.

The purpose of the Flight Club is to give members an opportunity to enhance flying skills, knowledge, experience, confidence, and safety through rates and rules that encourage frequent flying, pursuit of advanced certificates and ratings, cross-country trips, and group activities.

• Club members enjoy:
  • Reduced-rate rental of any AV-ED aircraft in which qualified
  • Use of instructor services at reduced rates
  • Exclusive advance scheduling of aircraft designated as Club XC aircraft
  • Use of Club XC aircraft for overnight weekend trips
  • Discounts on AV-ED ground school tuition and classroom supplies
  
  
• Requirements:
  • Hold at least a recreational or private pilot certificate (Associate membership open to student pilots)
  • Enter into a current Aircraft Rental Agreement with AV-ED
  • Make all payments for security deposit, dues, rental, or instruction in advance, by cash or check.
  
  
• Fees:
  • Security deposit (refundable) – $300
  • Prepayment for rentals – $500
  • First year of dues – $400
  • Dues $40/mo after first year
